The original Night of the Living Dead trading cards produced by Imagine, Inc. were printed together on large uncut sheets. Most of each sheet consisted of the familiar green-border collector cards, while this distinctive illustrated panel appeared in the bottom corner.
Measuring approximately 7 inches by 7.5 inches, This panel was carefully cut from one of those uncut sheets and subsequently hand-signed by ten important members of the film’s cast and crew:

• Karl Hardman
• Charles Craig
• Kyra Schon
• Judith O’Dea
• Judith Ridley
• John Russo
At the centre is a striking graphic representation of Kyra Schon as Karen Cooper—the young ghoul whose shocking cellar scene became one of the most memorable moments in George A. Romero’s 1968 horror classic.
Unlike a conventional cast-signed photograph or poster, this piece originates from the production process of the collectible Imagine card set itself. Specialist research into the set reports that only 33 green-border uncut sheets were made available to collectors, making surviving sheet material particularly scarce.
The inclusion of George A. Romero, together with several members of the cast who are sadly no longer with us—including Bill Hinzman, Marilyn Eastman, Karl Hardman and Charles Craig—makes this an increasingly difficult collection of signatures to assemble.
